Our 24 hour, 365-day service desk is a key product in our provision of maintenance services. We understand your need for a fast, efficient response to an emergency and by creating a team of informed and empowered members, Turnpower are quickly able to advise and react swiftly to any emergency maintenance call.
Key Performance Indicators
Following each site visit, customers are notified of full or partial completion by phone, fax or e-mail, to enable KPI’s and job closures to be monitored. Daily or weekly completion schedules are provided by our bespoke Job Tracker system, to meet individual customer requirements. If the specified work cannot be completed within the job limit, it is our policy to always ‘make safe’, and where necessary, provide an urgent report and quotation for any additional work.

In conjunction with individual customers, we endeavour to agree on a detailed price schedule and job value limit for all ‘call-out’ maintenance, thus ensuring that there are no unpleasant surprises when the invoice arrives. Out of Hours Commitment
We understand that property maintenance is more than a 9-5 requirement and more often than not, an issue can arise at the most challenging of times – whether that be a busy holiday weekend, or into the night. This is why Turnpower has an efficient Out of Hours service to complement our standard service, minimising disruption to staff and consumers at every opportunity.
Our recruitment and training policy has been instrumental in producing a workforce of the highest calibre and integrity. As well as being proficient in their own discipline, our technicians are also able to offer multi-skilled assistance (within strict safety and operational parameters) to minimise on-site disruption and cost.
For those complicated situations requiring a ‘conference call’ discussion between client, contractor and technician, we are able to provide digital photographs emailed from site to facilitate a rapid resolution to the problem.
