This transition means both Turnpower and Synecore customers can benefit from a broader range of services, while continuing to enjoy a fast response to maintenance and repairs.

Synecore Projects Team

Synecore’s project team will continue to operate as usual under the Synecore brand. Please note, if you are Synecore projects customer there will be no change applied.

Why is Synecore rebranding as Turnpower?

Synecore and Turnpower have operated side by side within the andwis group to provide maintenance and response expertise.

With such closely aligned services, operations and culture, this consolidation of two established businesses brings many additional benefits to our customers, including:

Contact Questions

No – your existing contact remains the same. There will be no change to day-to-day business and your normal contacts willl remain. Depending on the terms of your current contract/agreement, you will receive a Deed of Novation via Docusign. Your signature means the current agreement will automatically transfer to Turnpower.
The Synecore team will be moving over to Turnpower email address, so don’t be surprised to see emails coming from @turnpower.co.uk. The phone numbers remain unchanged.
Yes, Synecore’s trading address will remain the same, but the registered and trading address is now: Turnpower Turnpower Services Limited Unit 3 Four Seasons Crescent, Sutton, England, SM3 9QR

Contract Questions

Only if a Deed of Novation is required, which will be handled smoothly and won’t affect terms or pricing. If the terms of your current agreement require a Deed of Novation, we will send this to you for your signature via DocuSign.

Service/Pricing Questions

Your contracts will be serviced in the same way and reports issued, and all calls will be attended as per your current agreement.
No – everything continues as is.
Bringing Turnpower and Synecore together means customers can now have access to wider services through shared resources and expertise. We have over 220 engineers and 150 staff nationwide.
Turnpower offers turnkey reactive maintenance and response, plus PPM and small works projects. Together, we will provide turnkey M&E and multi-trade solutions for your building’s fabric (flooring, roofing and small works) and technical services.
Currently, all Synecore projects will remain unchanged and are not affected by this transition until further notice.

Deed of Novation Questions

Deed of Novation is a formal agreement that replaces one contracting party with another, with the consent of all three parties involved: 1. The original contractor (the outgoing party) – e.g. Synecore 2. The new contractor (the incoming party) – e.g. Turnpower Services Limited 3. The client (the employer) – you
The Deed of Novation ensures continuity of service by you consenting to: • Transfer the existing contract to the new company. • Keeps all terms, pricing, and conditions exactly the same. • You don’t need to renegotiate or re-sign a new contract. • Confirms that Turnpower will take over all responsibilities and obligations from the effective date.
After the Novation: • The original contractor (Synecore) is no longer legally responsible for the contract. • The new contractor (Turnpower) becomes fully responsible for all ongoing obligations and performance. • The client (you) continues to receive services under the same terms, just from the new entity.
The Novation protects all parties by making the transfer of obligations official and legally binding. It ensures transparency, continuity of service, no disruption to your existing agreement.
There will be no changes to prices for the duration of your existing contract. You can continue to enjoy the same great value and support from the new business.

Quality Assurance Questions

Turnpower is committed to delivering the same services in accordance with the terms of your current service agreement. This means you can expect the same standards, service levels, and pricing, ensuring full continuity of service to the employer.

Invoice & Payment Questions

All fees relating to services performed before the Novation date shall remain payable to Synecore. All fees after the Novation date will need to be paid to Turnpower.
Yes, after the novation date, invoices will come from Turnpower Services Limited: • Reg No: 02840678 • Registered & Trading address: Unit 3 Four Seasons Crescent, Sutton, England, SM3 9QR
The finance department remains unchanged, but the email address will now be accounts@turnpower.co.uk.

Compliance Questions

Both Synecore and Turnpower are committed to protecting your data. Any personal data provided as part of this process will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and our internal Data Protection Policy.

Warranty Questions

The validity of all warranties will remain unaffected, provided the system continues to be maintained and serviced by a manufacturer-approved engineers – all of our engineers are fully accredited with our technology partners.
