Building Surveyor / Estimator
Turnpower Services Limited are currently seeking a Building surveyor / Estimator to join our surveying team.
London based Building Contractor we maintain an excellent reputation within the Retail and Leisure industry. This role has been created due to the continued success of the business and an increase in workload. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Construction Estimator to join a thriving business that upholds a brand of delivery quality projects on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and lead the compilation of tenders & quotations.
- Develop client and consultant relations and develop sold working relationships
- Communicate well with our operational division staff, directors, clients and consultants
- Comply with current estimating processes to ensure it complies with standing orders
- Work in conjunction with administration staff in preparation of the estimate
- Provide input to the handover process from estimating to contract
- Provide data as requested to review the performance of the supply chain member
- Attend meetings with Client, Designers, Quantity Surveyor's, etc. where necessary
- Provide input into the review of supply chain members
Skills & Experience
- Experience estimating and tendering for Commercial, Retail and Leisure multi store outlets
- Relevant Commercial or Construction degree, or vocational equivalent
- Strong commercial awareness and commitment to achieving deadlines
