Key Performance Indicators
Following each site visit, customers are notified of full or partial completion to enable KPIs and job closures to be monitored. Daily or weekly completion schedules are provided by our bespoke Job Tracker system, to meet individual customer requirements. If the specified work cannot be completed within the job limit, it is our policy to always make safe, and where necessary, provide an urgent report and quotation for any additional work.
